Helping the Poor in Nagyecsed

Last Monday, on March 20th, Hungarian Baptist Aid, in cooperation with Hungarian Food Bank, distributed three hundred packages of sustainable food in Nagyecsed (Eastern Hungary). The packages included canned food, tea, chocolate, and also different types of clothes. The aid organization is preparing for another distribution and is collecting donations for the project. 

In 2016, Hungarian Baptist Aid, as the member of Charitable Board (in Hungarian Karitatív Tanács), distributed high quality clothes that worth 85 million HUF (which is around 300 thousand USD) helping 10 thousand needy people within 36 settlements. Also another 57 settlements received sustainable food and clothing.
